"I stumbled upon the Hotcakes Emporium while waiting to get my nails done and I'm so glad I did. I can add this to my list of breakfast places on the east side. On a Saturday afternoon, a party of two we were able to get right in. We didn't have to wait. They have indoor seating as well as outdoor if weather permits. It's covered, but depending on the heat, you make the choice. The staff is friendly and stays on top of your needs. My coffee mug was never empty! Their food was delicious and I will definitely be back!"
